Responsibilities
Own end to end success of the project/program, ensuring accountability, execution of timelines, and continuous change management to deliver on-time, quantitative and qualitative results
Ensure that all project/programs are delivered within scope and budget
Develop project/program scopes and objectives, involving all relevant cross-functional leadership and ensure resource availability and allocation
Establish relationships within the company to successfully complete projects through effective communication with collaborators
Identify and handle interdependencies, risks, issues, and actions, facilitating decision-making related to complexities through effective risk management strategies
Develop detailed project/program plans to track progress and action logs
Create and maintain comprehensive project/program documentation and prepare reports for leadership
Experience with challenging the current thought process of staff and status quo of business processes
Establish an environment where accountability and continuous improvement are fundamental to the culture
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in a life science or business-related field
Showed strength in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
8+ years of project/program management and team leadership experience with proven track record in successfully leading project/programs from start to finish
Experience leading complex project/programs spanning over 6+ months
Experience leading project/program budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) over $500k
