Responsibilities

- Coordinate directly with the COR and Program Leadership
- Manage overall program performance and lead a team of security, intelligence, and business professionals
- Serve as the primary liaison with leadership and Government stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure all tasks meet the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Coordinate periodic progress meetings and status reviews
- Facilitate entity vetting reviews, document processes and procedures, and prepare briefings and reports
- Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of program metrics and performance indicators
- Maintain open communication lines with leadership
- Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary security documentation
Requirements
- Master’s Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract.
- Minimum of 12 years’ of experience in program management.
- Minimum of 12 years’ of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
