Senior Program Manager for TELUS Health managing occupational testing services. Focused on strategy, development, and implementation for a range of occupational health services.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a best-in-class approach to occupational testing service delivery
Own the strategy, development, and implementation practices that will strengthen TELUS Health’s occupational service offerings
Identify new growth opportunities and verticals that could be integrated into the TELUS Health occupational testing service catalogue
Work with the Manager of products & services for occupational health, to align growth priorities with product standards and deliverables
Work with the Occupational Health team to drive a solution-oriented mindset and discover best-in-class opportunities for growth
Maintain product/project timelines for occupational testing services, and maintain accountability for deliverables, both personally and team-wide
Collaborate with the greater TELUS Health ecosystem, and move our strategic priorities forward
Requirements
5+ years in program and/or product management in a healthcare or occupational testing environment
Proven ability to create and execute on product strategies that combine market insights, best practices, regulatory needs, and business priorities
Ability to see the puzzle pieces and consolidate complexity and ambiguity into clear solvable solutions
Ability to effectively work within a team, with outside stakeholders, and across multiple business units
Excellent ability to develop clear and concise communication channels with others, across various mediums (email, chat, in-person, presentations, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Healthcare, or a related field
Occupational Testing certifications - such as audiometric technician, DOT master trainer, or spirometry technician - are considered strong assets
Advanced knowledge of English is required.
