About the role
- Senior Product Pricing Analyst managing strategic pricing initiatives that directly impact PGIM’s global revenue. Leading pricing discussions and frameworks while collaborating with senior leadership and global business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM
- Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds)
- Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth
- Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations
- Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes
- Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics
- Lead special projects and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, or Pricing within asset management or similar industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred
- Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities
- Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments
- Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements
- Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
