Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain global network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues across data centers and remote sites.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline operational tasks and reporting.
- Support and manage Cisco ACI fabric environments, including policy configuration, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Administer and optimize load balancing solutions (e.g. NetScaler, Citrix ADC, F5, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network changes, deployments, and incident resolution.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in network operations or NOC roles.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with networking devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, WLC etc…)
- Experience with Proxies.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI fabric and SDN technologies.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
- Experience with load balancing technologies (e.g. NetScaler, Citrix ADC, F5, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Microfocus, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
