- Senior Mechanical Engineer leading design, coordination, and management of Mechanical systems for various building projects at Introba. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers to meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, coordination, and management of Mechanical systems for diverse building projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage project timelines.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Serve as a key technical lead within the organization.
- Deliver the mechanical engineering consultancy process day to day.
- Collaborate with other engineering consultancy disciplines, clients, and external project teams.
- Represent the company on projects of various scales.
- Prepare complete packages of tender information.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical engineering / Building Services Engineering / or other relevant design & engineering degree.
- Professional Engineer (CEng or equivalent)
- Technically competent: Building Regulations, CDM, British Standards, best practices on BSRIA and CIBSE guidance.
- Desired knowledge of Healthcare Technical Memorandums, FPA/ LPC Sprinkler Rules, Heat Networks Technical Assurance Scheme (HNTAS) or capability to do develop.
- Construction Process Aware.
- Good Communicator.
- Achieved or on route to CIBSE, SoPHE, or IMechE CEng status.
- Current experience with Bluebeam Review, Navisworks, REVIT, Microsoft Office suites.
- Project Management experience desired.
- Proven experience in leading engineering projects and teams.
