Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Virtualization & Citrix Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization technologies, VMware, Windows Server environments, and automation tools like Ansible. In addition, expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential for this role. The Virtualization & Citrix Support Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, and management of our infrastructure platform, ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems. This person should be a seasoned, self-motivated, professional with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on engineering and administration experience on the technology & products mentioned below.****Responsible for managing Wintel and VMWare environment.
• Deployment & Manage VMware ESXi, vSAN, along with vRealize Suite, Aria, SRM & RP4VM solutions to support the organization's virtualization and application delivery needs.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in the following areas
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing VMware ESXi, and vSAN infrastructure in large-scale enterprise environments.
• In-depth knowledge of vRealize Suite, Aria (vRealize Orchestrator), SRM and RP4VM including configuration, customization, and integration with Citrix and VMware environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for infrastructure orchestration and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, technical leadership, and driving innovation in virtualization and cloud solutions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge Azure Stack, Hyper-V, Windows Servers, Citrix & cloud computing platforms and hybrid cloud architectures is a plus.
