We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Virtualization & Citrix Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization technologies, VMware, Windows Server environments, and automation tools like Ansible. In addition, expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is essential for this role. The Virtualization & Citrix Support Engineer will be responsible for the design, deployment, and management of our infrastructure platform, ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems. This person should be a seasoned, self-motivated, professional with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on engineering and administration experience on the technology & products mentioned below.****Responsible for managing Wintel and VMWare environment.
Deployment & Manage VMware ESXi, vSAN, along with vRealize Suite, Aria, SRM & RP4VM solutions to support the organization's virtualization and application delivery needs.
Requirements
Extensive knowledge and solid troubleshooting experience in the following areas
Extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing VMware ESXi, and vSAN infrastructure in large-scale enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of vRealize Suite, Aria (vRealize Orchestrator), SRM and RP4VM including configuration, customization, and integration with Citrix and VMware environments.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for infrastructure orchestration and automation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful project delivery, technical leadership, and driving innovation in virtualization and cloud solutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge Azure Stack, Hyper-V, Windows Servers, Citrix & cloud computing platforms and hybrid cloud architectures is a plus.
