About the role
- Senior Manager overseeing SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain data solutions at Pfizer. Drive impactful data-informed solutions while collaborating with business and digital partners.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the MFG and SCM data SME, being the main point of contact for the businesses you serve
- Execute on the SAP Analytics Enablement data strategy ensuring work being conducted aligns with digital and business objectives
- Be stewards of our data products ensuring data accuracy, quality, freshness, discoverable and meets compliance, security and governance standards
- Help to ensure data principles and best practices are leveraged consistently across all deployed solutions of the SAE team
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during projects and major programs, acting as a data modeler/architect for MFG and SCM data solutions
- Provide required data analysis to ensure requirements are understood and that proposed solutions are satisfying business requirements
- Provide hands-on development support in SAP BW when necessary
- Lead a team of developers to ensuring completeness quality of delivered solution
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field
- 6+ Years of proven experience (5+ years with Master’s degree) in building and architecting MFG and SCM data models, ETL pipelines, and data orchestration in SAP BW
- Proven experience in SAP front end design & development (BOBJ, SAC, Fiori)
- Demonstrated deep expertise in SAP modules related to MFG and SCM
- Demonstrated experience working on enterprise projects and programs in a Data SME, Data Architect or Tech Team lead capacity
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures in S4 and SAP BI
- Strong overall understanding of SAPBI and BW4HANA
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success in executing on an organizational data strategy
