Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing an independent review program within the segment, to include pre-award reviews, in-execution reviews, and independent baseline reviews
Leverage a wide array of PM experience, including challenged program turnaround, to provide insight and recommendations during independent reviews
Engages internal and external subject matter expertise as required to deliver innovative solutions to strategic objectives within the organization
Brings projects to closure through ability to plan and execute within required timelines
Apply knowledge of EVMS, scheduling, risk management, and other core principles and tools
Responsible for understanding strategic objectives, setting expectations, and leading teams to achieve desired outcomes
Lead various continuous improvement (e3) initiatives for the Program Management Excellence team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Demonstrated experience in Agile planning and execution
Demonstrated understanding of EVMS concepts with application to company policy/documentation to include cost/schedule integration, risk identification and change management
Ability to obtain Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance
