- Develops functional and technical test methodologies, plans, scenarios and cases for testing of applications and systems at various stages of development and implementation;

Requirements
- 5+ years in the manufacturing industry, specializing in IT systems quality assurance and process reliability.
- Proven track record in leading QA initiatives for MES platforms, enterprise applications, and integration projects.
- Test Strategy & Coverage - Design and execute sprint-based test plans using exploratory and risk-based approaches.
- Ensure comprehensive validation through a mix of automated and manual testing.
- Maintain traceability between user stories and test cases to meet acceptance criteria.
- Issue Resolution & Deployment Quality - Log and prioritize defects using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) for fast resolution.
- Validate release candidates through regression and smoke testing before deployment.
- Monitor post-deployment metrics and conduct root cause analysis to improve future sprints.
- Automation & Stakeholder Engagement - Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide clear QA reports and engage stakeholders during sprint reviews and demos.
- Continuously refine QA processes based on feedback to improve efficiency and impact.
