About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst contributing to budget forecasting and financial governance at Hospital Care in Brazil. Involves managing costs and analyzing healthcare financial data.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget (forecast and budget) for variable costs;
- Define governance for accounting and financial provisioning of OPME costs (OPME: orthoses, prostheses and special materials);
- Monitor and analyze the composition and evolution of hospital variable costs;
- Control and validate data, revenue and costs related to supplies, medications, OPME and variable medical fees;
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to support performance analysis and decision-making;
- Support continuous improvement projects aimed at cost optimization and operational efficiency;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance or Controllership preferred;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel;
- Experience with hospital ERPs (MV, Tasy and SAP);
- Essential: proven experience in managing hospital variable costs.
