About the role
- Senior Director of Enterprise Data Product at Equinix driving enterprise-wide impact through data and AI capabilities. Lead strategy, product ownership, and stakeholder engagement for impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-functional teams and shape the end-to-end strategy for enterprise data and AI products.
- Define and evolve the enterprise data product vision across key verticals, aligned with company priorities and C-suite goals.
- Define, build, validate, test, and promote adoption of our core enterprise data products to drive faster, smarter decision-making across the business.
- Partner with AI Engineering and Data Science to identify, experiment, and scale AI use cases that drive automation, insight generation, and predictive capabilities.
- Build trust with C-level and senior business leaders through deep understanding of functional strategies, data needs, and pain points.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Data Science, preferably within the data/analytics domain.
- Experience performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders.
- Experience operating in a highly cross functional, multinational business.
