- Experience collecting business requirements and defining analytics outcomes
- Experience designing data models
- Experience with complex global datasets, AI and machine learning, and hybrid cloud solutions
- Ability to collaborate with technologists, product developers, librarians, researchers, marketing pros, and support teams around the world
