Responsibilities
Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and jointly develop tailored solutions
Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful rollout of IT services
Optimize IT Service Management, define corresponding processes and value streams, and drive their continuous improvement
Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital environment and an understanding of the challenges at the IT–business interface
Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
