About the role
- Senior Consultant for IT Service Management in a growing consulting company offering customized IT strategies. Supporting clients with individual solutions and continuous process optimization in IT management.
Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on IT Service Management, identify organizational challenges, and jointly develop tailored solutions
- Design KPIs, SLAs and OLAs within the IT organization based on the IT service catalog and support the successful rollout of IT services
- Optimize IT Service Management, define corresponding processes and value streams, and drive their continuous improvement
- Optionally provide technical leadership to junior consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- At least three years of project and/or consulting experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager
- Good understanding of frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Strong interest in effectively organizing and managing IT in a digital environment and an understanding of the challenges at the IT–business interface
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
