- Senior Consultant developing restructuring concepts and strategies for companies throughout their life cycle in Germany. Collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve successful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support in preparing restructuring concepts and restructuring assessments
- Development and implementation of strategies across the company life cycle
- Preparation and validation of short-term liquidity plans as well as medium- and long-term integrated corporate plans
- Independently prepare financial analyses
- Support in managing insolvency proceedings
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to develop successful solutions together
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, e.g., at a management consultancy, an auditing firm, or in a comparable position with a finance/controlling focus
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Natural Sciences or a related field
- Analytical approach with the ability to understand complex problems effectively and work in a solution-oriented manner
- Experience leading project teams independently is desirable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
