About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of Vero solutions to clients
- Combine insight knowledge with practical application of AI technology
- Guide and mentor the junior members of the Build Studio team
- Support the wider Consulting team in client pitches
- Collaborate with the R&D team to refine Vero tools
- Act as a Vero ambassador, educating internal teams on tools and methodologies
Requirements
- 3–7 years’ experience
- Direct commercial insight background is valuable but not essential
- Experience in client delivery or project management
- Interest or experience in applying AI to product development or improving ways of working
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
