Responsibilities
Steering the creative direction and ensuring the outcome supports the brand and all product and campaign-related marketing activities
Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape and track creative performance
Development and alignment of high-quality creative concepts that are competitive, trend-setting, and memorable—internally and with external agencies
Design and implement creative assets in engaging media formats (documents, illustrations, 2D/3D visuals , photography , video , etc.)
Be part of the Creative Operations Team of designers, copywriters, videographers, other creative professionals, and work with third-party vendors to ensure quality and branding standards
Work cooperatively in an international team environment, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and budget
Meet intense and changing deadlines, manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and focus on solutions to improve quality and efficiency as projects progress
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Design, Art, or related field, or commensurate work experience
Several years of proven experience in professional design and campaign concepts in a business-to-business environment
Basic understanding of cell biology and bioscience concepts is preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
Skills in using AI tools are an advantage
High level of personal initiative, accountability, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and German
