About the role
- Senior Architect overseeing SharePoint On-Premise solutions. Designing and optimizing IT architectures for internal process automation with a focus on security and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Gestaltung, Pflege und Optimierung der IT-Architektur unter Gewährleistung von Konsistenz, Skalierbarkeit und Integration mit Service - und Systemmanagementprozessen.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Service-Lösungen innerhalb der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur unter Einhaltung von Leistungs-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Systemleistung und der Schnittstellen zwischen Infrastrukturkomponenten (Bestellportal, IAM, AD, Backend-Systeme).
- Erstellung und Durchführung von Testszenarien zur Validierung von Konzepten und zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs mit über 10.000 Nutzer.
- Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Lösungskonzepten und Ergebnissen gegenüber Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit termingerechter Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation gemäß Release-Planung.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder anerkannte IT-Berufsausbildung; alternativ mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld.
- Zertifizierung im IT-Service-Management (z. B. ITIL Foundation oder gleichwertig) und fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Architektur-Frameworks wie TOGAF, NAF oder Architectural Thinking.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint On-Premise und/oder SharePoint Enterprise- und Multifarm -Umgebungen mit über 10.000 Nutzern
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Integration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen in Systemmanagement-Umgebungen mit Schnittstellen zu Verzeichnisdiensten
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Umgang mit JIRA und in agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum).
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1) mit Nachweis gemäß CEFR-Standard.
