About the role
- Application Support Engineer ensuring seamless operation of MES business applications while providing 24/7 support and documentation.
Responsibilities

- Unterstützung bei der Konfiguration und Optimierung der Applikationslandschaft
- Installationen, Upgrades, Patches sowie Schulungen durchführen
- Ad-hoc-DB-Abfragen erstellen und durchführen
- kleinere Software-Entwicklungen übernehmen
- Applikationen, Support-Prozesse, Reports und KPIs dokumentieren
- Kundenprojekte betreuen und Teilprojektleitung im agilen Umfeld übernehmen
Requirements
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Software-Applikationen
- Erfahrung im Application Lifecycle Management, in DevOps, im Anwender-Support oder in der Systemadministration
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Implementierung von Enterprise-Systemen (PLM, ERP oder MES) sind von Vorteil
- sicherer Umgang mit Windows sowie Client-/Server-Technologien
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen, Software-Architekturen und Datenbank-Strukturen
- vertiefte Kenntnisse in Linux, Java und Datenbanken
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, auch im agilen Umfeld
- kommunikativ, teamfähig, kunden- und serviceorientiert
- sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
