About the role
- Mental Health Therapist delivering essential services to children aged 0-8 in Brevard County schools. Collaborating with staff and families to provide individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver mental health services to children within school environments across Brevard County.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and families in Brevard County to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Engage in regular supervision and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate client records using our EMR system.
Requirements
- Education: A Master’s degree or higher in a mental health-related field such as Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Licensure: Opportunities for licensed mental health therapists, registered interns, or those eligible for licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with children aged 0-8 in Social Work, Mental Health, or related fields.
- Knowledge: Understanding of childhood development.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening.
