About the role

Lead complex SAP business transformation programs ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder collaboration. Manage distributed teams and develop program delivery frameworks in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations.
Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks.
Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success.
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (B2 proficiency) and English (B2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
Ability to lead teams to prepare large proposals and program plans, facilitate leverage differentiators (e.g. specific consulting frameworks, etc.).
Ability to articulate value based propositions, own and review program financials, and lead proposal presentations in order to create a compelling propositions for clients.
Substantial proven experience (10 years plus) working in client facing consulting / contracting roles.
Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA
Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
Experience in mentoring and coach consulting resources.
