Sales Analyst supporting sales operations in the Home Décor team at Veepee. Analyzing offers and managing sales in collaboration with key account managers.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Home Furniture & Décor commercial team, the Sales Analyst & Support manages sales in collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to ensure the appeal of our Veepee partners.
You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the offer (assortment and pricing) and acting as the link between our brands and internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.
Maintain close contact with brands to collect commercial information and prepare offer dossiers that meet Veepee quality standards.
Design offers based on in-depth analysis of internal and external data to identify the best assortment and prices (product lists, identification of best-sellers, stock levels, recommended purchase prices, etc.).
Monitor available stock in our warehouse to meet our turnover standards.
Define selling prices to optimize quantities sold and the margin generated.
Forecast sales and identify potential revenue in coordination with the KAM.
Ensure adherence to commercial milestones and compliance requirements to guarantee timely openings (internal offer validation, confirmation of final prices and stock, verification of reference price, etc.).
Coordinate with commercial production teams (Data Managers and Content Managers) to ensure smooth content production and high-quality online sales.
Monitor and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) during sales to identify growth levers and improvement actions.
Produce post-sale commercial reports shared internally (KAM and Sales Team Manager) and with our brand partner.
Prepare business reviews with the KAM to identify development opportunities with our brand partner.
Create materials for brand meetings and participate as needed.
Requirements
You hold a Master's-level degree (Bac+5) from a business school or university program.
At least one significant prior experience in analytics and/or commercial analysis.
Commercially minded, you are recognized for your analytical mindset and strong data management skills.
You have a strong sense of priorities and demonstrate rigor.
You are autonomous and adaptable.
Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Professional working proficiency in English.
