Data Analyst role for Enova International, focusing on data insights for Marketing, Credit, and Collections. Collaborating with teams to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
Build queries and analyses to answer business questions and support decision-making in areas such as Marketing, Collections, and Credit.
Support the creation and maintenance of performance dashboards and reports, ensuring clarity, consistency, and up-to-date information.
Document processes, code, and analyses to facilitate reproducibility and collaboration across teams.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to align metrics, concepts, and performance indicators.
Explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to improve analyses and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Python (libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn) or R.
Familiarity with statistics and machine learning concepts.
Understanding of databases (SQL) and data manipulation.
Advanced English.
Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn.
