About the role

- Managing consultants’ profiles to ensure they are current
- Administering projects in our CRM
- Generating reports on availability and utilization to identify critical trends or opportunities

- Providing resourcing orientation for new hires
- Collaborating with other branches to lend and borrow consultants, driving overall utilization across the organization
- Working in partnership with project managers, consultants and account managers on project schedules to create accurate forecasting
- Collaborating with recruitment and client services managers to determine skills in high demand and help drive priorities for hiring
- Working with response management services to provide data for proposals
- Becoming a subject matter expert on skills and availability
- Meet with functional teams to gain updates on forecasted utilization in projects services
Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate experience Resourcing, IT Recruiting or managing / coordinating data, processes or teams
- High attention to detail and ability to organize priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and upbeat demeanor
- Advanced Excel skills
