About the role
- Renewals Manager optimizing the renewal process for LinkSquares' SaaS product suite. Driving customer retention and maximizing net revenue retention through strategic renewal processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal process for a portfolio of customers
- Drive Net Retention Rates by proactively engaging with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, Sales, and your portfolio of customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Rev Ops to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks
- Own renewal forecasting by providing weekly reporting on opportunity risk
- Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and multi-year options, in alignment with pricing policies and business goals
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to capture additional value
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in direct Renewals
- nice to have experience within Customer Success, Sales Operations, or Account Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills within a customer facing role
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, customer lifecycle, and recurring revenue models
- Proven track record of exceeding retention targets and managing high-volume renewals
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CPQ, CLM, or billing platforms is a plus
