About the role
- Regional PMO & Operations Lead at EY GDS Poland supporting 700+ Executive Assistants within Europe West region. Driving operational leadership, communication strategies, and project coordination.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly connect sessions and planning meetings for EW BSS.
- Monitor key operational priorities, ensuring timely follow-up and technology alignment.
- Partner with Europe West Technology teams to identify training needs and integrate tech updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for country leaders and EW BSS leadership.
- Maintain dashboards and track performance against operational KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic communications for 700+ BSS team members and country leaders, including newsletters, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
- Drive onboarding and regional initiatives, ensuring alignment and engagement across countries.
- Strengthen relationships with EW BSS leaders, CBS Talent, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and oversee EW BSS strategic projects and learning programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Develop actionable project proposals with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and success metrics.
- Monitor and report project progress through detailed plans, dashboards, and regular updates.
- Plan and execute milestone events and workshops, ensuring smooth delivery and engagement.
- Prepare agendas, coordinate content and speakers, and capture key insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Contribute to regional strategic planning, supporting alignment with organizational priorities.
- Facilitate leadership discussions and provide input for business case development and decision-making.
Requirements
- You have a good English knowledge (written and oral).
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage…) and experience using AI tools.
- Excellent communications and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating projects or initiatives.
