About the role
- Lead technical QA activities for automotive digital systems, including testing, troubleshooting and documentation. Coordinate test campaigns and manage problem tracking while ensuring high-quality ticketing and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead independent technical analysis, documentation, and resolution of reported issues.
- Provide end-to-end support for troubleshooting issues and communicate resolutions to the relevant departments.
- Organize and coordinate test campaigns.
- Ensure the quality of raised tickets; take action and escalate when necessary.
- Accurately document defects and implemented solutions in the database.
- Manage the Problem Management System.
- Measure KPIs and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in digital features, systems, and connectivity within the automotive sector.
- Preferred: knowledge of automotive electronics and bus systems (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, etc.) and experience with agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA or a related role.
- Proficient with common IT tools.
