Responsibilities
- Ensure excellence and reliability of the software solutions delivered by the company
- Lead quality strategies to ensure robust, scalable products aligned with customer needs
- Define and implement quality control strategies, policies, and standards
- Lead the definition and evolution of testing frameworks, tools, and processes
- Plan and oversee execution of functional, regression, performance, and security tests
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, UX/UI, and Support teams
- Establish and monitor quality metrics
- Analyze risks and identify critical points in software development
- Ensure quality processes are aligned with best practices
- Increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve software quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in QA/testing
- Experience leading technical teams, with a focus on mentoring and talent development
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Understanding of Agile practices and CI/CD
- Experience testing web and mobile applications
- Test strategy and planning
