About the role
- QA Tester ensuring product quality in a health tech scale-up. Collaborating with tech teams to improve testing processes and methodologies in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define, write and execute functional and technical test strategies to ensure the quality of delivered products
- Set up and maintain test campaigns (manual and automated) across the platform components (API, front-end, back-end)
- Identify, analyze and document defects, then follow up on them until resolution in collaboration with the technical teams
- Actively participate in agile rituals (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) to integrate quality early in the development process
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to understand business needs and challenge specifications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA tools, processes and testing best practices within the team
- Ensure non-regression of existing features and secure production releases
- Participate in the implementation and evolution of test automation to improve efficiency and reliability
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in QA testing (ideally in an Agile environment)
- Good command of testing and bug-tracking tools
- Attention to detail, rigor and an analytical mindset
- Bonus: test automation experience / scripting knowledge
