About the role

Responsibilities

- Ensure deadlines, budgets and the technical quality of deliverables are met.

- Manage and develop the project team, fostering collaboration, continuous learning and high performance.
- Identify risks, propose solutions and implement action plans to mitigate issues.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and standardize project management methodologies across the company.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing technical projects (implementations, engineering, technology or similar).
- Proven track record in team management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize requests and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent certifications (a plus).
- Experience with system implementations, process engineering or project portfolio management (PPM) (a plus).
