About the role
- Project Manager coordinating various projects for ELPATO with a focus on digital communication and live events in Berlin. Handling team coordination and project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Project management: You plan, coordinate and manage online and offline projects while adhering to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Documentation: You document all project-related activities according to internal and project-specific requirements, ensuring transparent traceability.
- Campaign management: You oversee campaign execution and evaluate their success to identify continuous optimization opportunities.
- Website management: You are responsible for the strategic and content-related development and maintenance of our websites, ensuring a user-friendly and appealing online presence.
- Conceptualization and planning: You develop concepts, creative briefs, effort estimates and budget plans, ensuring targeted delivery.
- Vendor management: You research, compare and commission external service providers and suppliers and ensure smooth collaboration.
- Team coordination: As the central interface between clients, sales, the creative/implementation team and other internal departments, you work closely with all parties to achieve project goals.
- Project support: You manage both client-related formats and in-house projects at ELPATO and continuously develop them further.
Requirements
- Technical skills: You are proficient with common content management systems (e.g. TYPO3, WordPress), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello).
- Analytical skills: Experience using Google Analytics to analyze and optimize campaign and website performance.
- Professional experience: You have at least 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, digital environment or an agile, fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication: You have a talent for clear, solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational ability: You excel at multitasking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
