Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of testing programs and ensure quality
Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability in testing processes
Collaborate with Compliance functions Program and/or Testing leads
Perform hot or cold review on testing activities
Report status and issues to Segment Compliance Executives and Global Compliance Testing Lead
Provide expertise and guidance on testing methodologies and processes
Represent ICS and Asia Segment in the Global Testing Committee.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in internal/external audit or regulatory compliance
Expertise in at least one of the following areas: Overall AML, Privacy, or Distribution
1-2 years leadership experience
Familiarity with compliance documentation database/tools
College/University Degree and/or equivalent experience in Education, Legal, Finance, Business, or related fields
Moderate to advanced training in MS Excel including using formulas, macros and report formatting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technology skills including knowledge of applicable compliance or business systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Project management skills.
