About the role

• Join Scaleway as a Program Manager, focusing on European startups and strategic partnerships. Lead initiatives to maximize Scaleway’s presence in the European startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the European expansion strategy of the Startup Program
• Source and qualify promising startups that align with our program
• Build and maintain relationships with European VCs, incubators, and innovation hubs
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and support for startups in the program
• Plan, organize, and participate in startup-related events (internal & external)
• Monitor performance and track KPIs to measure program impact
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives
• Engage with the CTOs/founders of startups and adapt messaging to a technical audience
• Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce) and outreach efficiency
• Support internal reporting and present outcomes to leadership

Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem (funding, acceleration, growth)
• Proven experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce)
• Familiarity with digital marketing and outreach tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
