Responsibilities
- Leads the definition, implementation and monitoring of TC&D (Technical Consultant & Delivery) processes
- Ensures TC&D processes are aligned with the MCS market and comply with Thales Industrial Quality and Security requirements
- Guarantees the industrialization of OS to ensure the quality and safety of product deliveries
- Drives continuous process improvement and the integration of new SIM/eSIM features
- Improves the efficiency of the TC&D organization, from defining internal requirements to validating customer requirements
- Organizes communication and rollout of processes to TC&D members
- Works closely with TC&D interfaces (BE - Engineering, CS - Customer Support, Products/Solutions, Industrialization, Sales, Customers)
Requirements
- Engineering degree or a Master's in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science
- 3 years' experience within MCS organizations (TC&D, Product Lines or Verticals), or 7 years' experience in a similar role
- Project / Product / Program management
- Knowledge of MCS / TC&D processes
- Cryptography and ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Understanding of MCS technical consultants' activities
- Ability to synthesize information, management by influence, organizational skills, autonomy, communication, customer orientation, multi-tasking ability, networking skills
