About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap and lead product development of our core product, BizStack
- Create competitive products by interacting with customers and visiting work sites
- Prioritize key initiatives and high ROI features to maximize the leverage of our BizStack offering
- Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, UX Designer, Engineering leadership, and Business Team to understand demands from customer projects
- Run weekly meetings to manage the development schedule and timeline
- Prioritize product initiatives based on a realistic assessment of engineering resource availability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, or a similar technical role (e.g., Engineer or Technical Project Manager)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, both in Japanese and English
- Familiarity with AI application - where it works and where it doesn’t work today, with current technology
- Experience in the B2B industry
- Experience in the IoT industry or any labor-intensive industry (e.g., Construction)
- Experience launching “new product” (v.s. incremental features) multiple times
