Product Manager driving digital fulfillment transformation in EMEA for ResMed. Leading process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
Serve as the regional product lead for EMEA in digital transformation programs, including the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.
Ensure regional needs, constraints and compliance requirements are captured, documented and integrated into global solutions.
Translate global product strategies into actionable plans and milestones at the regional level.
Collaborate with functional leads across Europe to gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure adoption of new systems/processes.
Facilitate workshops with regional users to document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes in distribution, commerce and logistics operations.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, business requirements and use cases using tools such as Miro, Visio or Confluence.
Use reporting and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau) to perform impact analyses, identify root causes and validate scenarios.
Work with global Product Managers and central program teams to ensure smooth integration of regional requirements into global programs.
Mentor, coach and develop a Business Analyst to support documentation, testing and stakeholder communications.
Requirements
University degree in business, supply chain, IT or a related field.
5+ years' experience in product management, digital transformation or business process optimization.
Strong knowledge of distribution, fulfillment, logistics and/or commerce operations.
Familiarity with regional regulatory and operational specificities across Europe.
Proven ability to facilitate process workshops, document user requirements and collaborate across time zones.
Strong data orientation; comfortable with SQL or reporting tools to validate findings and guide decisions.
Excellent workflow/process design skills using Visio, Miro, etc.
Prior experience coordinating UAT, maintaining traceability matrices and producing documentation required for regulated industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different cultures and stakeholder levels.
