About the role

• Product Lead responsible for driving successful execution and strategic alignment in product management. Collaborating with teams to ensure products meet user needs and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Oversight: Own and drive the delivery strategy for multiple interconnected product initiatives, ensuring they are mutually aligned to achieve a significant, overarching business goal for the client.
• Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-stream risks and dependencies between your assigned product teams (designers, engineers, QAs) to ensure seamless and efficient execution.
• High-Level Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with our business development team and senior client stakeholders to manage expectations, define high-level roadmaps, and ensure the program is delivered successfully within established timelines and budgets.
• Process & Execution Excellence: Drive operational consistency and best practices (including Agile principles) across all product streams, focusing on the quality of output and achieving defined business outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the ultimate escalation point and communication hub, ensuring alignment between product managers, engineering leads, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Program & Portfolio Mindset: Proven experience overseeing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects or product initiatives, ideally (but not essentially) in an agency or fast-paced consulting environment.
• Stakeholder Acumen: Ability to influence, negotiate, and effectively manage expectations with senior-level stakeholders, translating client strategy into actionable program execution.
• Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, necessary to manage budgets, resource allocation, and complex inter-dependencies across teams.
• Outcome Focus: A relentless focus on measurable business outcomes and quality of output, consistently seeking efficiency and driving continuous process improvement.
• Agile Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of Agile principles and how to apply them to complex programs.
• Strategic Problem Solver: Driven by a desire to deeply understand business problems and turn complex program challenges into clear execution plans.
• Fluent in English.
