- Procurement Buyer managing sourcing strategies for Marketing Services at Campari. Leading negotiations and managing supplier performance across the US, Jamaica, and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of multi-country sourcing strategy for indirect materials focused on Digital and Creative agencies aligned with business needs and global Category Leaders
- Lead negotiation, contracting and suppliers performance management for the categories under their control
- Lead/support execution of multi-country procurement initiatives in these categories
- Manage stakeholder relationships for the referred categories and countries
- Collaborate in global initiatives as well as manage relationships with global teams
- Act as single point of contact for Marketing stakeholders in Jamaica
- Ensure an efficient, effective and continuous supply of Marketing Services for Campari US, Jamaica and Canada through the design and implementation of the most appropriate sourcing solutions and vendor performance animation, constantly investigating opportunities to improve our cost-base in a sustainable way
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of procurement experience or as a sum of role related experiences (project management, marketing)
- Good communication skills, verbal, written and presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking/reasoning ability
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate with others in a multinational environment
- Ability to work independently and be highly organized
- Experience in negotiations with suppliers
- Capability to handle complex categories in different countries
