Responsibilities
- Mapping and analysis of current processes (“as-is”), identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Design of new processes (“to-be”) aimed at operational gains and better alignment with business objectives.
- Application of continuous improvement methodologies such as BPM (Business Process Management), Lean and Six Sigma.
- Definition and monitoring of process performance indicators / KPIs.
- Leading, collaborating on and guiding transformation and automation projects/initiatives in partnership with technology and business areas.
- Preparation of documentation and records related to standards, flows and procedures, ensuring standardization and compliance.
- Training teams involved in current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) processes on process management tools and platforms, primarily SAP Signavio and its modules.
- Serving as a technical reference and contributing to strategic decisions supported by process improvements.

- Professional experience in process management.
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio and its modules is desirable.
