Responsibilities
- Develop S&B Strategy's communications strategy and ensure implementation of all activities
- Research and independently create content for press, website and social media
- Maintain press contacts and continuously expand the company's media presence
- Support the production of studies and white papers and market them across all channels
- Work closely with consultants to develop ideas
- Develop event formats and presentations together with senior management
Requirements
- Relevant practical experience in marketing, communications and/or editorial work
- Ideally experience or knowledge of construction industry topics, or a strong interest in learning about them
- Experience developing and implementing marketing and communications initiatives
- Enjoy engaging with new topics and making new connections
- Excellent language skills and writing proficiency in German and English, with the ability to produce copy independently
- Creativity, a good eye for design, and basic skills with graphic tools such as Canva
- Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and strong teamwork skills
