Responsibilities
Partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, and the OCEO to design teams, plan workforce needs, and strengthen leadership capability.
Lead people programmes in partnership with the Head of People Partnering such as M&A integration, organisational change, policy refresh, or engagement initiatives, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination.
Manage complex employee relations and performance matters with sound judgement, fairness, and composure.
Deliver people cycles (performance, compensation, engagement) end-to-end, ensuring clarity, accountability, and follow-through.
Use insight and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across Corporate functions.
Partner closely with Centres of Expertise to align reward, talent, and L&D initiatives with business needs.
Play an active role in building the infrastructure that underpins Teya’s People Machine, ensuring Corporate functions are operating with clarity, consistency, and accountability.
Requirements
Experienced People Partner within high growth, fast scaling organisations.
Skilled at managing complex projects or programmes end-to-end, bringing structure and follow-through to multi-stakeholder work.
Commercially aware and comfortable connecting people topics to business performance and operational effectiveness.
