About the role
- Carwow Group seeks an HR Systems Executive to enhance people processes and support onboarding. Manage data accuracy and compliance in a hybrid environment while working with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Keep HR system, Hibob running smoothly
- Ensure data accuracy with new starters, leavers, and team changes
- Streamline processes, enhance templates, and optimise workflows using AI tools
- Ensure compliance by providing offer letters, contracts, and processing global payroll for 600+ employees
- Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth onboarding experience
- Carry out benefits administration and Share option administration
- Conduct administrative duties such as conducting DBS checks or arranging staff gifts
Requirements

- Being Fluent in Spanish/German/ Portuguese is a plus
