About the role

Responsibilities
- Support HR administration by optimizing internal team and company-wide HR processes
- Drive growth by reaching out to new talent, guiding candidates through the application process, and supporting employer branding efforts
- Promote company culture by embodying it externally and organizing team events
- Manage the office environment to reflect company culture and ensure team comfort
- Contribute to People & Culture projects to gain valuable hands-on experience
Requirements
- Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
- Availability for a 6-month internship
- Valid residence and work permit for the entire duration of employment
- Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
- Previous internship or working-student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Hands-on, can-do mindset
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
- A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
