- Payroll Specialist utilizing Workday Payroll Software for payroll operations. Providing resolution to payroll-related inquiries and maintaining strict deadlines in a compliance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Workday Payroll Software for day to day operations
- Provide resolution for a wide range of complex payroll-related questions and discrepancies
- Adhere to strict deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Case management through Salesforce Case Management
- Understand proper taxation of earnings and deductions
- Collaborate and assist tier two payroll partners with payroll requests
- Respond and resolve payroll escalations timely
Requirements
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience
- 2 years of progressive experience with processing payroll
- 2 years experience in a multi-state payroll environment
- Understanding of form W2
- Shared Service Center experience preferred
- Workday experience preferred (but not required)
