Responsibilities
Independently responsible for the accounting oversight of a defined portfolio of condominium owners' associations (WEG) and rental properties.
Preparation of annual service charge statements (Hausgeld) for WEGs and the annual heating and ancillary cost statements (rental management).
Preparation of operating budgets (Wirtschaftspläne) for the WEGs.
Performing dunning procedures and managing all payment transactions.
Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices.
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in property management or WEG administration.
Experience with the accounting software IMPOWER.
High level of diligence, accuracy, and sense of responsibility.
Analytical skills and strong numerical aptitude.
Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive working style.
