About the role

• Advogado(a) Sócio(a) responsável por elaborar petições e comparecer em audiências. Atuando com Direito regulatório em um escritório da Avenida Paulista, São Paulo.

Responsibilities

• Drafting various petitions and filings, including initial pleadings, submissions and appeals, at both administrative and judicial levels;
• Attending hearings and other procedural acts;
• Entering and updating information in the case management system;
• Conducting legal and regulatory research;
• Assisting in the preparation of legal opinions and technical reports;
• Monitoring and managing judicial and administrative deadlines;
• Communicating with clients and participating in meetings;
• Drafting notices and official letters to public and private bodies;
• Handling administrative proceedings involving municipal authorities, Health Surveillance bodies (Vigilância Sanitária), INMETRO and ANVISA.

Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
• Law degree (completed);
• Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively;
• Experience in Administrative Law (including PROCON) is a plus;
• Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law;
• Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
• Proactive and self-starting attitude;
• Strong legal writing and analytical reasoning skills are essential;
• Ability to work well in a team;
• Capacity to handle high volumes of work and urgent deadlines;
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
