About the role
- Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health focusing on improving access to quality mental health care. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans
- Complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals
- Attend clinical staff meetings, trainings, and team breakouts
Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields
- On track to obtain licensure in designated field
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, etc.)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
- Comfortable with working some evenings and weekends if requested
