About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end execution of Salesforce’s restructuring and site closure programs
- Design, refine, and scale program strategies to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with executive business priorities
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the restructuring and closure processes
- Serve as the central point of contact and project manager for all restructuring and site closure activities
- Build and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy and toolkit for ESBPs and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders
- Partner with senior leadership and Strategic Workforce and Organizational Planning team to operationalize and communicate key organizational health initiatives
Requirements
- A minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale organizational design, change management, or restructuring
- Strong project and program management skills
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and technology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
