About the role

Responsibilities
- As an Operations Management Intern, you will take charge of the core of our business: overseeing our real estate projects from initiation to completion.
- You ensure smooth daily project operations, manage the interests of technical experts and property owners, and help our clients achieve project success in a cost-efficient manner.
- Together with our founders, you will optimize planning processes and help develop the company both strategically and operationally.
- Your three main day-to-day objectives are (1) to complete ongoing projects efficiently and successfully, (2) to secure the best possible outcomes for all stakeholders, and (3) to inform property owners about our full range of services.
Requirements
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience: Initial experience in project management, customer success, or account management, ideally within the construction or real estate industry
- Resilience: You remain calm in challenging situations, prioritize effectively, and find solutions
- Proactivity: You take initiative to address challenges independently and implement solutions efficiently
- Organizational skills: You handle stakeholder communication and ensure clear, efficient information exchange
