About the role
- Operations & Logistics Manager responsible for supply chain management and optimization processes in a dynamic fashion retail environment. Ensuring efficient operations from production to sales in both store and online.
Responsibilities
- Organisation und Steuerung der operativen Abläufe entlang unserer Supply Chain – von der Produktion bis zum Verkauf in Store und Online-Shop
- Koordination internationaler Transporte (z. B. Seefracht aus Asien) inklusive Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Zollpartnern
- Hauptansprechperson für unseren 3PL-Fulfillment-Dienstleister: Überwachung von Performance, Prozessen und Beständen
- Prozesskoordination zwischen Einkauf, Fulfillment, Stores und Finance
- Monitoring von KPIs (Lieferzeiten, Fulfillment-Performance, Transportkosten etc.) und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Optimierung bestehender Workflows und Tools zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Skalierbarkeit
- Bearbeitung operativer Themen im Tagesgeschäft – von Store-Nachlieferungen bis zu logistischen Sonderfällen
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung bei Planung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung operativer Projekte
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im operativen Bereich eines E-Commerce-, Retail- oder Fashion-Unternehmens
- Verständnis für logistische Prozesse (Transport, Zoll, Fulfillment) und operative Steuerung im DTC-Kontext
- Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein gutes Auge für Prozessoptimierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (Shopify, Excel/Sheets, ggf. ERP/WMS-Systeme)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
